Head of ABC Receives Award

Jerome Underwood, the president and CEO of Action for a Better Community, received the 2022 leadership award from the New York State Community Action Association for promoting opportunities for low-income families. Underwood expressed gratitude for the recognition, calling his organization the "anti-poverty army" of the United States.
