to support violence prevention

Local leaders announced two grants for a combined $100,000 Tuesday, secured to support violence prevention programs in the City of Rochester. The first grant is for the Save Our Youth Program run through Action for a Better Community. SOY is centered on youth intervention for those either currently involved, or those likely to become involved in violent incidents.
