Housing Grant Repair & Rehab Intake?
Housing Grant Repair & Rehab Intake (also referred to as Housing Intake) is a locally-funded program that gives community residents opportunities to address home maintenance needs they wouldn’t be able to accomplish on their own because of the financial cost involved.
This includes replacing/repairing non-working furnaces, installing new roofs, and remediating lead hazards.
What Does Housing Intake Do?
Provides housing improvement funding to over 200 property owners with units in low-income communities

- Owner occupants and property owners with tenants at 80% of Area Median Income (AMI)
