Description of Services: Youth 4 Change / Sexual Health Promotion through Youth Leadership (SHPYL) program is a youth leadership and advocacy group who are changing their community to promote optimal sexual health for teens and young adults. We are a group of young people and adult leaders within Action for a Better Community Action Front Center.
Target Population / Eligibility Criteria: Rochester youth ages 13 – 24 years old who are at risk for HIV, STIs or unintended pregnancy. Youth Leadership program participants must be between the ages of 16 – 24 years old.

Location of Services : The Youth 4 Change / SHPYL program is located downtown at 33 Chestnut Street.
