Target Population/Eligibility Criteria

ABC's Action Front Center will provide Education, Advocacy and Outreach to all individuals and/or groups interested. We have specific populations that we target with our services and they are the African American and Latino populations in Rochester, New York. In order to receive case management you must be HIV+ or living with AIDS.
