Summary of Responsibilities:

 

To provide day to day health care of children and communicate effectively any health concerns with parents of children in the Head Start Program---including ensuring compliance

 

Qualifications/Education and Experience:

 

Ø  Ability to work well with youth from diverse backgrounds. 

Ø  Must be skillful in the use of a computer and knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite

Ø  Knowledge of community resources.

Ø  Must be able to provide developmentally appropriate health education in the classrooms and health training for parents and staff.
