Summary of Responsibilities:
Through the effective implementation of Key Competency Goals for Head Start program staff working with families, as established by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, this position will: actively recruit and enroll children in the Head Start program, engage in collaborative partnership building with parents and community, establish trust and identify family goals. This position will work with families to build on their individual strengths and assist each family in moving toward their goals related to self-sufficiency.
