Action for a Better Community, Inc. Board Meetings will be held every other month, on the fourth Wednesday of the month, unless otherwise designated. Meetings begin at 5:00 p.m. with a light supper and call to order at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are held at the ABC Central Administration Building at 550 East Main Street, in the James Slater Conference Room
